MIKE FRITCHER
PRESIDENT
The agency’s owner & Pilot Point native, Mike Fritcher, has more than 25 years of experience working in insurance. Mike took over the business after his father-in-law Robert Henzler retired in 1993.
He is licensed as a General Lines, and Life & Health Agent. A graduate from UT Arlington class of 1976. College & High School football are favorites around here. (Go Bearcats!) Mike attends the Bearcats booster club breakfasts as a graduated lineman in the class of '72.
Mike in his spare time oversees the cattle & haying operations at the family farm. He and his wife, Chrystel, are kept busy with their 9 grandchildren. He is also a Honorary Member of the Knights of Columbus at St. Thomas Aquinas Parish in Pilot Point. Mike and his staff are experienced in all areas of insurance and have a strong work ethic.

Lorraine , who most of you know as Rainey, is one of eight children and even though her parents are from Chicago, Illinois, she is proud to be Texas born & raised on her family's ranch near Gainesville, Texas.
Rainey joined the agency as an administrator in September of 2018. She quickly became a
licensed general lines agent in the Spring of 2019 and in September of 2020 became a Texas Notary. As one of the friendly faces at Selz & Henzler Insurance, Rainey continues to grow in caring for our customers with the service they deserve.
Her energetic personality helps her to enjoy many hobbies and activities outside of work. She enjoys photography, her lab, Mr. Bingley, sports, music, and road trips!
ANDREW KENNEY
Licensed General Lines & Life and health agent.
Andrew Kenney hails from St. Louis, MO. He and his wife, Emma (Fritcher) moved to Texas in 2011. An organist by training, Andrew graduated with a master’s degree from UNT in 2016 in Organ Performance.
He joined Selz and Henzler as a licensed Life & Health, and General lines agent June 2020 and specializes in Term and Whole Life insurance. Andrew and Emma live in Denton with their four children.
In his spare time, Andrew enjoys fishing with his sons, gardening, and roasting coffee.
